Professional Tax Software Purchase Agreement
This Professional Tax Software Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below by and between Tee's Solutions & More ("Seller") and [Buyer's Full Name] ("Buyer").
1. Product Description
Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with access to its professional tax preparation software (the "Product"), under the plan selected below:

Delivery Method: Cloud-based access provided via email within 72 hours of payment.
2. Purchase Price
Buyer agrees to pay a one-time fee based on the selected plan:

Essentials Plan: $99.00
-
Pro Co-Brand Plan: $500.00
This fee includes all necessary software licenses for use in professional tax preparation.
3. Back-End Fees (Acknowledgment Required)
By using Tee's Solutions Tax Software, Buyer acknowledges and accepts the following industry-standard backend fees, which are passed on through tax bank processors and service providers:

Transmitter Fee: $30.00

Customer Service Tech Fee: $18.00

Bank Product Fees:

$39.95 (Refund Advantage - RA)

$44.95 (Santa Barbara TPG)
These fees are deducted per return when refund-related bank products are used.
4. Payment Terms
Total payment is due upon execution of this Agreement. Buyer will receive an invoice via email. Software access will be granted only after payment is received.

5. Software License
Upon payment, Seller grants Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for professional tax preparation purposes.
Buyer may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or allow unauthorized access to the Product.
6. Delivery of Software
Software access credentials will be sent via email to the Buyer within 72 hours of full payment.
7. Technical Support
Seller shall provide technical support to Buyer via email and phone for software setup, navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Seller be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if previously advised of such potential damages.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Seller and Buyer regarding the Product and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements.
